Job Description

The Firearms Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in firearms and related accessories. This includes greeting customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their specific needs, and providing expert guidance and unbiased product recommendations.

  • Greet customers with a welcoming attitude and create a positive shopping experience.
  • Engage customers effectively and provide thorough and articulate responses.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding firearms sales and transfers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in firearms sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding firearms sales and transfers.
