Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling, along with experience in transitioning from Tableau.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in business intelligence and data analytics, with at least 2 years focused on Tableau to Power BI migration.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with other data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R), as well as cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and big data technologies.
  • Data Governance: Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing BI projects from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Power BI or other BI tools are advantageous.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of successful project delivery.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively present project updates and outcomes to stakeholders.
