To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, G.E.D., CNA/CPCT, or enrollment in a healthcare career program through your high school curriculum.
- Previous patient care experience is strongly preferred.
- In the state of Missouri, if no previous experience, Mercy will provide a required 175-hour training program that meets the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services requirements.
