The Alexander Technology Group is seeking a skilled M365 SharePoint Administrator to support a client in the healthcare sector.
This position is hybrid, requiring local presence.
This role is a contract-to-permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online settings, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Microsoft SharePoint environment, which includes:
- Creation and maintenance of sites and sub-sites
- Setup and management of SharePoint-specific permission groups
- Providing assistance to staff with daily operational issues
- Develop video training materials for SharePoint and Teams.
- Implement and oversee user access controls, permissions, and security settings to protect sensitive information.
- Offer technical support and resolve issues related to Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online, tailored to the organization's needs.
- Integrate Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online with other organizational applications to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Create and maintain documentation outlining best practices, guidelines, and policies related to Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
