Caregiver Associate

The Resident Care Associate is a vital member of our care team, responsible for providing exceptional support and care to our residents in a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Personalized Service Plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Provide hands-on care, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support
• Initiate and assign activities to promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being
• Conduct daily checks on resident rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Respond promptly to security system and resident call bells, taking appropriate action to ensure resident safety and comfort

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• Previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours
• Knowledge of Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred
