About the Role:

Fidelity TalentSource LLC is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our agile scrum team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting our Contact Center platform and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and support high-quality software applications that are reliable, scalable, and reusable
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Strengthen and promote a culture of innovation and best-in-class software engineering practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and apply that knowledge to improve our products and services
  • Take ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer
  • Proficient in Java, Angular, NodeJS, and other programming languages
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and container-based development and deployment practices
  • Understanding of modern data architecture principles and patterns, as well as enterprise-scale platform architecture
  • Expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and software design, development, test, and operational automation
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases and event-driven architecture
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues across the e2e technology stack
