About This Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and engaging individuals to join our team as PEM Guides. As a Guide, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional visitor experiences, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of PEM's collections and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

">

Your primary responsibility will be to lead groups of visitors in interactive conversations about PEM's exhibitions and creative spaces. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and deliver innovative programs that cater to diverse audiences, including:

  • ">
  • K-12 students">
  • College/university students">
  • Pre-booked adult groups">
  • Walk-in museum visitors">
  • Pre-booked special needs audiences">
  • VIPs">

You will also contribute to ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date with new programs and explore museum content.

Schedule and Commitment

As a PEM Guide, you can expect to commit approximately 6-10 hours per month to this role. We value your time and flexibility and ask that you be available for regular shifts.
