Dental Hygienist Opportunities in North Carolina

onDiem is seeking dental hygienists to provide oral care in communities that need it most.
Job Responsibilities- Provide periodontal and preventive oral care.
- Care including, but not limited to oral prophylactic services, root planing and curettage with local anesthesia and oral debridement.
- Assist the dentist with comprehensive oral examination, including obtaining current patient medical history, assessing and collecting data on the patients periodontal health, taking necessary radiographs.
- When directed by a dentist, place preventive pit and fissure sealant.
- Provide fluoride treatment as directed by the dentist.
- Provide oral hygiene instruction to patients.
- Must have completed an accredited dental hygiene program and be licensed to practice dental hygiene.
- Desire to help and make a difference.
