We are seeking a skilled Traveling Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team at Supplemental Health Care. As a home health nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

In this rewarding role, you will work with patients who require ongoing medical care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide skilled nursing services to promote optimal health outcomes.

About the Role:

  • You will work as an independent contractor, with the flexibility to choose from a variety of assignments based on your preferences and schedule.
  • As a traveling home health nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, gaining valuable experience and building your professional network.
  • Your caseload will vary depending on patient needs, but you can expect to work with 30 units of productivity per week, with a designated territory of coverage.

Requirements:

  • You must have prior experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits, electronic charting, and a minimum of one year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify).
  • Current Virginia RN License, American Heart Association BLS certification, and a valid U.S. Driver's License are also required.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive weekly compensation package, with estimated earnings ranging from $1,880 to $2,073 per week.*
