As a Communication Design Intern at KLN Family Brands, you'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with experienced professionals who value innovation and creativity. In this role, you'll contribute to the development of engaging training content for new hires and existing employees, using your skills in design, storytelling, and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with subject matter experts to create instructional materials, take videos, and gather resources for Alchemy courses
  • Develop Alchemy courses that meet quality standards and submit them for review
  • Collaborate with the L&D Manager, operations team, and other stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery

This internship offers a comprehensive learning experience, with opportunities to develop your skills in innovation, creativity, goal setting, KPI measurement, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and oral and written communication.

Salary: $16,000 - $21,000 per summer
