Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Advocating for Patients: Empathetically listen to patients' concerns and advocate on their behalf to ensure their needs are met.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with Best Practices: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience: 1 year of acute care experience, with a preference for NNICU or Pediatric experience.
  • Licensure: Current RN licensure in the State of Connecticut.
  • Certifications: BCLS certification or ability to obtain within one month of hire.
