**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive sustainable reliability performance by implementing effective tools and techniques that impact culture, work processes, and equipment systems.
  • Provide technical support to production and maintenance personnel in areas such as criticality analysis, root cause failure analysis, maintainability analysis, and failure modes and effects analysis.
  • Monitor and create KPI data for early/predictive identification and resolution of reliability issues.
  • Lead the site's mechanical bad actor program to develop and implement sustainable solutions to optimize cost and improve asset effectiveness.
  • Develop equipment repair procedures and specifications to improve plant and equipment reliability and support all EH&S policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance personnel to provide training and services related to operation, design review, repair, and maintenance, including predictive/preventative maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting problems and optimizing risk-based PM and PdM programs.
  • Lead culture change and promote continuous improvement by employing LEAN manufacturing tools through Six Sigma methodology.
  • Perform root cause analyses of equipment failures and develop/implement corrective actions to address findings.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Previous work experience in maintenance or reliability engineering in an industrial plant environment.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Experience with formal reliability programs such as TPM, RCM, RCFA, and experience developing, reviewing, and implementing strategic preventive and predictive maintenance programs and procedures.
  • Experience with rotating equipment installation and predictive maintenance methods.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Computer skills to include CMMS software (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office suite of products.
