Nursing Care Professional Wanted for Long-Term Rehabilitation

Century Care Management Inc is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN/LPN to join its team in the Laurinburg, NC facility. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for growth and development in a resident-centered environment.

Scottish Pines, part of Century Care family, is a new facility providing long-term care and rehabilitation services to residents. Our mission is to deliver high-quality healthcare while prioritizing the needs and well-being of our patients. Responsibilities:
This 1st/2nd/3rd Shift RN or LPN role involves working closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to residents. Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal health outcomes
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address resident needs
• Providing education and support to families and caregivers on resident care and management
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A valid RN or LPN license in North Carolina
• At least two years of experience in a long-term care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (PCC a plus)
