Perfumery Compounder

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a laboratory setting. The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for preparing fragrance compounds by precisely weighing accurate formulae ingredients using an automated system.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare fragrance compounds by accurately measuring and combining ingredients.
- Evaluate the quality and expiration dates of all ingredients to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform other lab tasks as directed by Lab Supervisors, including maintaining organized collections of raw materials.
- Help with overflow work during periods of increased volume.
This role requires working in a clean and well-organized laboratory environment, wearing appropriate PPE (gloves, goggles, lab coat, closed-toed shoes), and adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements:- High School diploma or equivalent experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- 0-5 years of experience in a laboratory/compounding environment.
- Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20lbs.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience, plus opportunities for growth and professional development within the company.
