We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Pediatrics team at Olympic Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, assess patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Supervise and educate Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nurses Assistants, and other support staff
- Participate in patient and family teaching, promoting continuity of care
- Maintain standards for professional nursing practice, adhering to department/unit policies and procedures
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Two years of experience in a hospital setting preferred
- Current Washington State RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
