Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Cheyney, Pennsylvania.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from infants to geriatric patients, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations to ensure high-quality care and services.
Qualifications:
  • A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
