Psychiatric Clinical Associate

Bright Futures Psychiatry LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Clinical Assistant. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming clients and preparing them for appointments and procedures;
- Conducting client interviews, measuring and recording vital signs, and documenting client information into the electronic health record;
- Collecting and preparing laboratory specimens in accordance with established protocols;
- Assisting with medication reviews, prior authorization and referral processes, and ensuring the timely flow of client care;
- Maintaining workstations, client rooms, and examination areas in a manner consistent with OSHA standards and Universal Precautions procedures;
- Ensuring compliance with clinical documentation standards, maintaining timely and accurate records in the EHR;
You will also be expected to participate in continuing education to continually improve your skills and abilities and stay abreast of current technologies and practices.
The estimated salary for this position is $17.53-$20.31 per hour, depending on experience.
