Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Wildlife Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential and commercial wildlife control customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, removing, preventing, or repairing damage caused by wildlife, while maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify the source of wildlife-related issues
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to prevent future damage
  • Collect payment due and propose additional services to customers
  • Run and schedule own services, demonstrating independence and accountability
Requirements
  • Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
  • Able to pass internal technical exams
  • Possess a current Driver's License
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Present a professional appearance, including wearing an approved Arrow uniform
  • Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
