Job Summary

We're seeking a Busser/Runner to join our team at The Crack Shack. As a key member of our dining room team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the dining room, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning tables and chairs, and restocking supplies.
  • Assist servers and bartenders with taking out trash, restocking ice, and cleaning the bar area.
  • Pre-bus tables, wipe down surfaces, and ensure that guests have a clean and comfortable dining experience.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Participate in our world-class training program to develop new skills and advance your career within the company.
Requirements
  • Be at least 16 years of age.
  • No previous experience is necessary; we offer on-the-job training.
  • Be willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests.
  • Have knowledge of our menu and products.
  • Be able to stand and move quickly for up to four hours at a time.
  • Be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat frequently.
  • Be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees, vendors, and guests.
