Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Professional to join our team at Chenega Corporation. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training solutions
  • Design and develop training materials, including courseware, assessments, and evaluations
  • Provide technical expertise in instructional design and development
  • Support the implementation of training programs and evaluate their effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, instructional design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design and development, preferably in a government or defense industry setting
  • Secret clearance required
  • Advanced working knowledge of instructional design models and theories
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
