Job Overview

Joshua Tree Experts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Sales Manager to lead and oversee the Indoor and Outdoor Sales departments for multiple locations. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring effective strategies that align with the company's business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 5-8 sales professionals
  • Provide quarterly performance evaluations and coaching to team members
  • Assist in the hiring and training of new sales team members
  • Handle discipline and termination of direct reports as necessary
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase KPIs and improve sales performance
  • Oversee telemarketing and dial campaigns, making adjustments as needed
  • Ensure accurate job entry and documentation
  • Analyze client needs and recommend additional services to maximize client value
  • Monitor and interpret sales metrics and KPIs
  • Implement and document sales processes to improve performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial and HOA communities
  • Set sales goals and budgets, and motivate the sales team to achieve growth and success
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales metrics for the leadership team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales management experience in the green industry
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools and techniques
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to supervise, manage, and lead a team
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Strategic and energetic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
