Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert massage therapy services to clients, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
  • Collaborate with other spa professionals to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Indiana Massage Therapist License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $50,000 + per year (30 hours/week)
