Job Description

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday with occasional weekends. As a Housekeeper at Northfield Retirement Community, you will be responsible for engaging with residents while assisting them in cleaning their private apartments and common areas. You will also be required to vacuum common spaces, empty trash, dust, and have a general knowledge of safe cleaning chemicals.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $14.00/hour - $16.00/hour, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including competitive wages, medical, vision, and dental insurance, employer-paid life insurance, and a 403B plan. Additional benefits include tuition reimbursement, mentorships, paid time off, and a referral bonus.
