The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field, with experience in laboratory settings. They will be responsible for executing process recipes, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitoring equipment, and performing laboratory tasks under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) conditions.

This position requires a strong understanding of cGMP compliance and aseptic technique. The successful candidate will be expected to troubleshoot equipment events, initiate deviations, review batch records, and logbooks. Additionally, they will participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. This role also comes with a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
