Job Opportunity

A & J Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled professional to provide behavior therapy to support and encourage healthy child development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy to children using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) methods.
  • Create daily programming to implement behavior intervention techniques.
  • Collect data on child growth and development, as well as implement behavioral intervention techniques.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children
  • Ability to work independently with a variety of children
  • Flexibility with hours and days available
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • RBT Certification

Work Environment:

  • In-home and in-person settings

Work Schedule:

  • After school, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed

Compensation:

  • $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
