- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, fostering a sense of community and respect.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and methodologies in special education.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience working with students with special needs, preferably in a school setting.
