Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced JV Boys Basketball Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our junior varsity basketball team to success, while also promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching plan to improve team performance
  2. Recruit and retain talented players
  3. Build and maintain positive relationships with players, parents, and school staff
  4. Ensure compliance with district policies and procedures
Requirements
  1. Must have a valid coaching certification
  2. Proven experience in coaching basketball at the junior high or high school level
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
