Job Title: Traveling Labor and Delivery Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team as a traveling nurse. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, providing high-quality care and support during one of the most significant moments in their lives.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery RN and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for assessing patient and family needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient and family needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality care and support to patients and families during labor and delivery
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Document patient care and progress
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery RN
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff
