Job Title: Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at WelbeHealth in Long Beach, CA.

Job Summary:

The Caregiver will provide safe and personalized care to our participants in their homes, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including laundry, light housekeeping, and shopping.
  • Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed.
  • Assist with light meal preparation and feeding, ensuring participants are nourished and hydrated.
  • Assist participants with safe transfer in and out of their homes and act as medical escort on vehicles and to medical appointments as assigned.
  • Provide translation services as needed, if qualified.
Requirements:
  • Valid CA Driver's License and Auto insurance.
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week, with no part-time work or overnight shifts.
