We are seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain and Operations to oversee our supply chain management, supplier relations, inventory management, logistics optimization, and compliance for our new merchandising and apparel division.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management within the retail, apparel, or merchandise industry, with experience in ERP systems (Navision preferred) and professional certifications like APICS or CSCP. They must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs, optimize logistics flows to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and define and optimize business processes, KPIs, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee entire supply chain process from sourcing to delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
  • Collaborate with manufacturers, distributors, third-party logistics providers, and production planners
  • Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs
  • Optimize logistics flows to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage the operational budget to ensure business growth ahead of market disruptions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Compensation

$70.00 to $75.00 per hour
