We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Chef to join our team at NEXDINE Hospitality. As a Catering Chef, you will be responsible for developing and executing culinary results to exceed customer expectations within a Senior Living Community.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage menu writing and cost control utilizing recipes and costing measures
- Oversee all catering events and ensure quality of food products
- Responsible for all aspects of food production, execution, and presentation
- Manage client relationships to maintain client satisfaction and account retention
- 3-5 years' experience in food service management specifically corporate dining
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe Certification and Allergen Awareness Certification
- Competitive salary range: $22-24
