About the Job

The Department of the Navy is seeking a highly skilled Rigger Supervisor I to join their team. As a Rigger Supervisor I, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of subordinates, planning and scheduling work operations, inspecting completed work for quality and work order requirements, and coordinating work with supporting or related work functions controlled by other supervisors.

Responsibilities
  • Assign, direct, and review the work of subordinates.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate work operations.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and work order requirements.
  • Coordinate work with supporting or related work functions controlled by other supervisors.
Requirements
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
  • New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
  • Males born after must be registered for Selective Service.
  • This may be a bargaining unit position.
  • You may be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty.
