Telemetry Nurse

Tridant Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Telemetry Nurse to join our team. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' cardiac rhythms and providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Monitor patients' EKG readings and notify doctors of any changes.
- Document patients' vital signs, including oxygen levels, blood pressure, and breathing patterns.
- Update patients' medical records as needed.
- Respond to patients experiencing cardiac pain.
- Perform various diagnostic tests.
- Manage and administer medication.
- Monitor and use the electrocardiogram, EKG, or ECG.
- Educate patients on cardiac health.
- Communicate with patients' families.
- Administer tests, analyze lab results, and report to physicians.
- Manage patient care and provide care instructions before discharge.
- National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) certification.
- A valid nursing certificate, BSN, or MSN degree from an accredited college or university.
- A valid unencumbered RN license for this State.
- A valid unencumbered MA license for this State.
- Current vaccinations and health clearance certification.
- Excellent knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques.
- ACLS certification.
- Previous experience with starting IVs.
- At least 1-10 years of recent and relevant consecutive acute care experience in a hospital setting in this specialty.
- High-level interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with patients during stressful experiences.
- Strong organizational abilities and good communication skills.
- The appropriate license to work in their state/county.
- Fluent in English.
- Framingham, Massachusetts Area.
- Natick, Massachusetts Area.
- Full-Time Days.
- Shifts available: 3 days of 12-hour shifts or 4 days of 8-hour shifts.
- Overtime Eligible as needed.
- $62,000-$106,000 USD Annually.
