We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at The Willows at Howell. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help residents with mobility and transfer needs, including turning, lifting, and positioning
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the nursing team
  • Participate in daily nursing reports and take detailed notes
Requirements:
  • A current, unencumbered, state nurse aide license
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • A desire to help people and work with a team to make it happen
