The Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in fostering a nurturing and empathetic atmosphere for patients, families, and colleagues through acts of kindness and attentive listening. This position acknowledges the significance of each employee's contributions to the overall success of the organization's mission.
Hourly Range: $35.69
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute physician directives, administer medications, initiate IVs, conduct treatments, procedures, and specialized tests, and document care in accordance with company policies and local/state/federal regulations.
- Order, interpret, and assess diagnostic tests to evaluate and understand patients' conditions.
- Assess and analyze patient requirements and their responses to the provided care.
- Utilize sound nursing judgment in making patient care management decisions.
- Deliver primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administer over-the-counter and prescribed medications as directed.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
- Guide and supervise ancillary staff while upholding professional nursing standards.
