Catholic Charities is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including drywall and plaster repair, painting, and carpentry work.
  • Monitor and schedule work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and schedule work order resolutions.
  • Assist in the management of third-party vendors, including landscaping, housekeeping, and HVAC services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including emergency response and maintenance of facilities vehicles.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
