Catholic Charities is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Job Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including drywall and plaster repair, painting, and carpentry work.
- Monitor and schedule work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and schedule work order resolutions.
- Assist in the management of third-party vendors, including landscaping, housekeeping, and HVAC services.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including emergency response and maintenance of facilities vehicles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
- Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingual is a plus.
