About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Crothall Services Group, Inc. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform light cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Empty and clean trash containers, and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
- Make up beds and change linens as required, and realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
- Respond to guest queries and requests, and respond to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
- Contribute to team efforts, and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and to stand for long periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
