Job SummaryThe Resource Registered Nurse servicing the Emergency Room department assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care while relieving other licensed nurses during break/meal periods. You will be working in an environment where patient care is paramount, and your contributions will make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
What We OfferWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Resource Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include documenting interventions, outcomes, patient care, and patient response. Additionally, you will act as a resource to staff by providing information and problem-solving to immediately resolve patient care problems. You will also develop, implement, and modify the patient's plan of care according to the patient's progress.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing, Current RN License by the Board of Nurse Examiners State of California, and at least one year of acute care hospital experience preferred. Other required qualifications include Current BLS, Current ACLS, Current PALS, Current NIH, Current TNCC, Current ENPC or EDAP, and Current CPI.
