Role Summary:
The Registered Nurse in the Surgical Services Department is responsible for delivering direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in line with established standards and organizational policies. This role focuses on outpatient surgical care, ensuring high-quality patient service through the expertise of a Registered Nurse.
Essential Qualifications:
$5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus
- Current nursing license valid in Utah or Compact States.
- BLS certification within 60 days of employment.
- ACLS certification within 3 months of employment, ENPC within 6 months.
- TNCC or ATCN certification within one year of employment.
