Press Assistant

Loparex LLC, the world's largest manufacturer of extrusion base and silicone coated release liners, seeks a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Press Helper in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, customers, quality, and productivity.

Competitive pay rates starting at $22.42 per hour, with a pay increase in 26 weeks, are offered. A full benefit plan including medical, dental, and vision insurance, which starts on the 90th day of employment, is also provided. The successful candidate will assist in operating a press in a manner supportive of all company production goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include monitoring the manufacturing process and product, informing and advising the Press Operator and/or Second Operator if problems are detected, taking corrective action within limits of technical capabilities, and maintaining housekeeping and workplace organization in compliance with 5S and GMP standards.

Required skills and qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, previous work experience to meet job expectations, mechanical aptitude, strong interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, ability to read and write, follow verbal and written instructions, use basic math, and take accurate measurements. Candidates must also be able to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, bend, and kneel for up to 12 hours.
