Responsibilities
  • Assess and reassess patients to identify and prioritize their needs
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, including medication administration and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions, maintaining accurate and detailed records
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient conditions
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure by TN Board of Nursing or a compact state
  • Current BLS from the American Heart Association
  • ACLS and PALS within 1 year of employment
  • CPI within 6 months of employment
