Sales Director

Barrier Roofs is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives and drive sales growth in Lexington, KY. This role involves overseeing team performance, developing sales strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage a team of 17-20 commission-based sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and training to improve their effectiveness and productivity.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to drive growth and expand market share, aligning with company objectives.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new sales representatives, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their roles.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
