• Take orders accurately and efficiently, using approved abbreviations and submitting tickets to the cook's station.
• Deliver food in a timely manner, ensuring it is presented in a clean and appealing manner.
• Handle customer transactions, including handling money and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably in a restaurant setting.
