Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Police Officer to join our team at the City of Broken Arrow. As a Police Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining law and order, protecting life and property, and providing excellent customer service to the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect crime, and to enforce laws and regulations.
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide assistance to citizens in need.
  • Investigate crimes and gather evidence to solve cases.
  • Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies and community groups to build trust and improve public safety.
  • Participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to lift up to 150 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
