We are seeking qualified Senior Autism Intervention Specialists to join our team. This role involves direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA or supervisor, with a primary focus on working with clients across various settings (home, school, clinic). Key responsibilities include:
  • Implementing individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans as assigned
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders (parents, educators, healthcare professionals) to provide comprehensive support
  • Developing and delivering training programs for parents and caregivers
  • Participating in assessment procedures (ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PT, DI, EFL etc.) and contributing to program development
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred
  • Completion of a 40-hr training program
  • Maintenance of active RBT certification status
  • Experience working with young children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder
Compensation and BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
