Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for finance and accounting to support the financial health of a small, family-owned business in the agriculture industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Monitor and manage budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies for growth and sustainability.

A Day in the Life of an Entry-Level Controller:
In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to improve financial processes and ensure the financial health of the company. Your day may include reconciling bank statements, preparing monthly financial statements, and collaborating with leadership to improve financial processes.
