Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant

White Sands La Jolla, a HumanGood community, is seeking a Full-Time Certified Nurse Assistant for our Assisted Living unit. Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with their activities of daily living, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
  • Provide effective and courteous service to all residents, family members, guests, and team members.
  • Engage residents in participation in daily activities and encourage autonomy in decision-making.
  • Identify resident needs, wants, and preferences, and work collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Accurately report unusual symptoms and problems of residents to supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
