You will be instrumental in producing high-level design documentation and will ensure the delivery of quality code for a module, overseeing validation for all testing types and supporting implementation, transition, and warranty activities.

We seek candidates who are within a reasonable commuting distance or are open to relocation. This position may involve travel to project sites.

Essential Qualifications:


• A Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the relevant field may be considered in lieu of each year of education.


• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology.


• Proficiency in Java 8, REST, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka or MQ, and OpenShift deployments.

Desirable Qualifications:


• At least 8 years of hands-on Java development experience.


• Familiarity with Java 8, REST, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka or MQ, OpenShift deployments, Spring Security, JPA, XML, XSLT, JAXB, JAXP, MVC, and various design patterns.


• Experience in Agile, Scrum, and/or Test-Driven Development methodologies.


• Involvement in project life cycle activities related to development and enhancement initiatives.


• Comprehensive understanding of modern application architecture and practical experience with Microservices.


• Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Event-Driven Services, and Cloud-Native Application Development.


• Strong knowledge of API design is essential.


• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including Pipelines and CI/CD tools, is required.


• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design is necessary.


• Excellent analytical capabilities.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• A willingness to work in a Global delivery environment.

This position requires extended periods of sitting and working at a computer. Effective communication through various means is essential, and travel may be necessary based on job requirements.
