  4. Recruiting, training, and developing restaurant personnel to build a strong and efficient team.
  5. Driving sales performance by identifying opportunities to improve and implementing effective solutions.
  6. Ensuring accurate cash handling, managing bank deposits, and maintaining an organized change fund.
  7. Tracking inventory levels using established systems and ensuring proper stock ordering, receiving, and accounting for dry goods, perishables, and equipment.
  8. Promoting a culture of preventive maintenance to address facility and equipment repairs promptly.
  9. Creating efficient schedules to meet operational needs and ensuring sufficient staffing levels.
  10. Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, period-end, and special reports as required.
  11. Safeguarding a safe work environment by supporting and adhering to all safety and security protocols.
  12. Executing foodservice programs and procedures according to corporate guidelines.
  13. Enforcing correct point-of-sale system use, ensuring cash handling aligns with company policies.

Requirements for Success:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within the food service industry; experience in fast food or QSR preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and problem-solving effectively.
  • Basic understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Excel, Word, and other computer programs is preferred.
