The Micro Cleaner is a critical role in the Controlled Contamination Service company, ensuring the proper cleaning of cleanrooms, controlled environments, and GMP laboratory spaces. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of cleanrooms, controlled environments, and GMP laboratory spaces
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address cleaning needs
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and schedules
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning or maintenance; experience in a GMP laboratory or cleanroom environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies
Working Conditions:
This position requires working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
